How many mock tests are included?
The 15-day plan includes 2 validated mock tests, the 30-day plan includes 6, and the 90-day plan currently includes 8. The catalogue will not promise Mock Tests 9–10 until they are validated and registered.
Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Package prices are displayed in CAD. Applicable tax, if any, is shown before payment confirmation.
When does paid access begin?
Paid access begins after Stripe confirms the transaction and the BoardQBank account is activated. After successful payment, the customer is returned directly to the candidate package dashboard.
What happens if payment succeeds but access does not activate?
Contact support with the account email and receipt reference. A verified activation failure qualifies for correction or a refund under the published policy.
