1. Review before checkout
Before paying, confirm the package price, currency, duration, question-bank access, and included validated mock examinations. The final checkout screen should show the total charge and any applicable tax.
2. Full refunds
A full refund will generally be provided for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge confirmed through the payment process, failure to activate after successful payment, purchase of a package that cannot be delivered as described, or a material billing error attributable to BoardQBank.
3. Technical-access remedies
For a verified outage or technical defect that materially prevents paid use, BoardQBank may first restore access or extend the expiry date. A full or proportionate refund may be provided when the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.
4. Change-of-mind requests
Because digital access may be activated immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not automatic after substantial use of the question bank or mock examinations. Requests submitted promptly with little or no meaningful use will be reviewed fairly, taking account of the circumstances and any mandatory consumer rights.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are ordinarily not provided because of an examination result, change in personal schedule, failure to use the service before expiry, account suspension for material misuse, or dissatisfaction that does not involve a material difference from the package description.
6. How to request a refund
Use the Support page and provide the account email, purchase date, package, transaction or receipt reference, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshot. Do not send full card details.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider and financial-institution processing times may vary. BoardQBank will confirm the decision and any access adjustment in writing.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact support first so billing or access problems can be investigated promptly. Filing a chargeback does not remove the need to protect the account or investigate suspected unauthorized access.
