1. Agreement and provider
These Terms of Use apply to BoardQBank services supplied by KINARVA BOARDQBANK INC. By creating an account, completing a purchase, or using paid content, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Educational purpose
BoardQBank provides independent exam-preparation and educational practice resources. It does not provide medical care, professional advice, licensing decisions, or a guarantee of any examination result.
3. Account eligibility and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Each paid licence is for one candidate. Account sharing, resale, automated extraction, credential transfer, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Package details and activation
The pricing page shown immediately before checkout forms part of the purchase description. It identifies the price, currency, access duration, question-bank access, and number of validated mock examinations. Access begins only after payment is confirmed and the account is activated. The expiry timestamp is shown in the candidate dashboard.
5. Prices, taxes, and receipts
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added or included at checkout as shown on the final payment screen. The payment confirmation and receipt should be retained for your records.
6. Digital licence
BoardQBank grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased content during the active term. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred.
7. Acceptable use
You may study, answer questions, and review explanations through the authorized interface. You may not copy, scrape, record, republish, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create competing materials from protected content, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted.
8. Availability and maintenance
Reasonable maintenance, security work, and emergency interruptions may occur. When a verified platform outage materially prevents paid use, BoardQBank may extend access, restore access, or provide another appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for payment reversal, fraud, security risk, account sharing, abusive conduct, or material breach. When practical, BoardQBank will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
The BoardQBank name, branding, software, question banks, explanations, layouts, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
The platform is provided for educational practice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardQBank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, examination outcomes, or decisions made solely from educational content. This section does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory rights in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Questions may be submitted through the Support page.
13. Changes
Material changes will be dated and posted. Changes do not retroactively reduce the paid content or duration already promised for an active purchase.
Operational legal text should be reviewed by qualified Canadian counsel before a major commercial launch or material policy change.
